To the right is a sample of management writing I did in a course this fall. We were to give a performance review and ultimately decide if the employee was ready to be promoted based off of personal viewings and peer ratings. I chose to give Kyle, the man we were reviewing, a bad review and did not promote him. After reviewing his co-workers ratings and from what I observed, his actions did not portray that of an associate who could handle or deserved a promotion within the company. I addressed my supervisor using the direct format to get to the point quickly followed by specific examples that backed up my decision. I then offered an alternative to prepare Kyle for the promotion at a later date.

To the left is a marketing research paper that I completed in the Spring of 2016 with my teammates. In Marketing Management we had to collect data, assess the data, and develop revisions based on the data collected. We were assigned to pick a company that was located in Maryville, Missouri- we choose Hy-Vee. The report received wonderful feedback from the instructor and the team scored very high during the presentation. |

To the right is a recruitment plan that I turned in Alpha Sigma Alpha Headquarters January 2015. The report allows headquarters to see how each specific chapter is preparing for recruitment. The report also allows them to collect data concerning retention rates. Upon completing this recruitment plan, I met with a Leadership Consultant from Headquarters who said this is one of the most detailed and well put together reports she had seen.
